Privacy

In short: we collect nothing about you. The one exception is a question you decide to send us yourself.

What is stored

  • In your browser only: saved guides, your progress in "First steps" and the ticks in checklists. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it.
  • How to delete it: clear the site data in your browser settings — and it is all gone.

What there is none of

  • No registration and no accounts.
  • No advertising or analytics trackers, no tracking cookies.
  • We never ask for your documents, CPR or MitID.
  • Fonts are served from our own site. Your browser contacts no third party at all — neither when you read nor when you send a question.

If you send us a question

  • Your question goes to our own server and nowhere else. No third-party services, no forms belonging to other companies.
  • We do ask for an e-mail — otherwise we could not tell you the answer is ready. We write for no other reason, and the address is erased 30 days after the answer. We ask for no name, no phone number and no documents.
  • Before saving we strip out CPR numbers, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, amounts, dates and long numbers. Only the date and the substance of the problem remain.
  • We can turn your situation into a page only if you ticked the box in the form yourself. Even then what reaches the site is the rule, not your case.

E-mail

  • Mail is sent and received through Resend, on servers in Ireland. It sees your address and the text of the letter — otherwise the letter cannot be delivered.
  • Our letters carry no open counters and no rewritten links: we deliberately did not set up a tracking subdomain.
  • If you write to us yourself, that letter reaches us whole — address and all. Unlike the form, a letter is not stripped. So whatever you can leave out, leave out.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Railway. Like any web server, it technically processes the IP address of a request in order to serve the page. We do not analyse that data.
